Our culinary team at The Saddle River Café has designed a globally influenced menu featuring modern twists on familiar favorites. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Chef de Cuisine Josh Means and Sous Chef Eric Averta create food that is both seasonal and delicious. We take great pride in accommodating all dietary restrictions to make your dining experience the very best it can be. Our hospitality and service can be described as warm, comfortable, and engaging that is unique to Saddle River. Our General Manager Ryan Kademian has trained our staff to be well versed in our culinary team’s daily menu preparations. We are enthusiastic and passionate about our food. We encourage our staff to be themselves with our guests creating an authentic experience, while skillfully guiding throughout your meal.
We take pride and care in our beverage program as we do with our menu. Valentina Bisesi our beverage manager has created a menu of colorful, fun and unique drinks for every occasion. Our drinks are equal parts delicious and healthy
Devocion is a farm fresh coffee company. Their beans are harvested in Columbia and shipped directly to Brooklyn and roasted on site. We serve the beans the next day. The cup we serve is enjoyed as if you are on the farm in Columbia.
Our juices are made with only the freshest ingredients and pressed daily. Every drink is meticulously crafted & balanced. We believe consistency is key. Therefore, each drink that we serve is measured like a cocktail so produce the same great flavor & quality in every sip.
